    JOB DESCRIPTION

     

    Position Details:

    Company: Leapfrog Engineering Services Limited

    Position: Zonal Sales Manager

    Location: Baroda / Hyderabad / Kolkota /  Orissa / Delhi / Bangalore

     

    Prime Responsibility:

     

    ·       Identify and add new customers in the region and expand reach with existing customers.

    ·       Drive revenue stream covering all customer segments to increase market share.

    ·       Develop trust and build relationships with key/major clients and win repeat business.

    ·       Expanding relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their requirements.

    ·       Development and implementation of strategy for existing businesses as well as new markets.

    ·       Business Development & Sales of EPC Projects, Electrical, Automation Panels & other streams

    ·       Generate Leads, enquiries.

    ·       Attend to enquiries received, carry out site visits, start preliminary discussions, make presentations and start presales engagement on a case-to-case basis.

    ·       Collaborate with the estimation teams to ensure timely submission of the offer.

    ·       Follow up and work for conversion of the proposals, with proper negotiations.

    ·       Handover order for execution and collect payments as per PO.

    ·       Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and updates to senior management.

    ·       Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets

    ·       Maintain client records, reporting sheets, and CRM updates regularly

    ·       Travel across assigned territories for meetings, site visits, or follow-ups as needed

    ·       Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities in the assigned region.

    ·       Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service.

    ·       Provide technical guidance and support to clients as required.

    ·       Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

    ·       Timely attending customer meetings, project discussions, for order conversions & customer relations.

    ·       Achieve sales targets and provide regular updates to senior management.

    ·       Participate in tendering processes and prepare techno-commercial proposals.

    ·       Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

    ·       Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients.

    ·       Liaise with electrical consultant to create brand awareness and approval.

    ·       Liaise effectively with the in-house sales team, marketing, administration, and peers.

    ·       Bid & offer management - bid preparation and submission of estimation, technical and commercial discussion

    ·       Representing the company in trade associations, conferences, trade shows and industry networking events.

     

    Education and Relevant Experience

    ·       Diploma / Degree in Electrical / E&E / Instrumentation / Automation Engineering.

    ·       Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience in Sales & business development in the electrical industry.

    ·       Direct sales, Business Developments, Customer relations, Knowledge of EPC Projects.
